Have your say in our Skills Demand Survey!
Following on from our ‘Skills Shortages’ surveys run in recent years, we are introducing the ECIA Skills Demand survey. As before, the survey results and analysis will be shared across the ECIA membership and in our communications with partner organisations, serving as a helpful reference as we develop the Pay Review 2026.
We are using a simple digital format, see the link below and the QR code, the survey takes a maximum of 3 minutes to complete. The closing date is 25th July, and results will be communicated from mid-August onwards.
