The Engineering and Construction Industry Association (ECIA) convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Millner Hotel in York, marking a pivotal moment for the organisation’s future. During the morning’s Management Board session, ECIA confirmed its updated management Board team, poised to guide the association through another transformative year.
We are pleased to announce that Ian Guy will continue in his role as ECIA President for a further term, supported by Deputy President Paul Carvill. Together with Alan Waddington, Alex Spence, Chris Faulkes, Damian Redmond, Dave Boden-Hook, Geoff Hughes, Michael Ventre, Mike Wilkins and Sarah Cook, they will lead the association in unveiling a refreshed business strategy, alongside significant updates to the constitution and membership framework.

The ECIA also welcomes new members to its Council and extends sincere thanks to outgoing councillors for their dedication and service. The newly appointed team will play a vital role in driving industry growth, sharing expertise, and addressing the challenges currently facing the sector.
