Vital Resources have been proud and active members of the ECIA for 15 years supporting contractors with in-scope M, E and I staff on categorised NAECI projects. We also have a specialist access division supplying scaffolders and associated trades. We work closely with our clients to ensure any industrial relations issues are kept to a minimum and maintain close contact with recognised unions to try and avoid any disputes. We are committed to upholding the NAECI agreement and working proactively in ECIA regional meetings to try and be a constructive employment business member. Our regional offices in Glasgow, Manchester and Cardiff are each headed by directors with decades of experience in supplying skilled trades to bluebook sites. We remain committed to supporting our clients on their critical infrastructure projects. We also offer support with training and apprenticeships and recognise the need to help address the skills shortages nationwide. We aim to support the engineering construction industry with its future goals as a consultative recruitment partner working alongside our clients’ operations and HR teams.
