Introducing Paula Mckeown, ECIA Employment Relations Advisor

We are pleased to introduce Paula as the new Employment Relations Advisor for the Northwest at ECIA. With a strong background in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and over six years’ experience in the nuclear industry, Paula brings valuable expertise to the team.

She is passionate about promoting fair, consistent and constructive workplace practices and is particularly keen on building strong, collaborative relationships with member companies, trade unions and wider industry stakeholders. Paula will focus on providing hands-on support, ensuring alignment with the NAECI agreement.
