The ECIA Productivity Improvement Committee (EPIC) was formed with the sole purpose of evaluating and improving productivity within the Engineering Construction Industry. Following an industry wide evaluation of productivity and with the assistance of ECIA members, clients and input from the Trades Unions EPIC has commissioned the publications of 7 Best Practice Guides.
To enable ECIA members to assess Best Practice and implement Best Practice within their organisation EPIC commissioned the development of the Assessment Tool and Procedures manual.
