New ACAS Code of Practice
Employers should be aware that the Statutory Disciplinary, Dismissal and Grievance procedures, which have operated for the last five years, will be withdrawn on 6 April 2009. From then on employers will have to operate their disciplinary and grievance matters in compliance with a new ACAS Code of Practice.
