ECIA Industry Conference 2011

‘Explore Productive Performance in Engineering Construction’

The 2011 ECIA Industry Conference was held at Plasterers Hall on 27 October. A series of diverse speakers, representing the stakeholders from Engineering Construction and other industries, addressed a range of important issues:

  • Lessons learned from major Engineering Construction projects
  • Key success factors in increasing productivity as achieved by related industries and which may be transferable to Engineering Construction
  • Best Practice - its application and role in improving competitiveness
  • The further evolution of NAECI, which has been determined as fit for purpose for EngineeringConstruction, including new nuclear
  • The action plan for moving forward
